Before work begins
If you decide not to proceed before we have started preparing or submitting your application, you are entitled to a refund of any service fee paid, less any costs already incurred on your behalf.
After submission
Once an application has been lodged with the authorities, government and sponsor fees are non-refundable, as these are paid to third parties. Our service fee covers the work performed and is generally non-refundable at this stage.
If an application is declined
Visa decisions rest with the Indonesian immigration authorities. Where an application is declined despite complete and accurate documentation, we will discuss your options, including re-application or an alternative visa, and apply fees fairly toward the next step wherever possible.
