These Terms of Service set out the basis on which C5A Visa Bali provides visa consultation and facilitation services. By engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Our role
We are a licensed visa facilitator. We advise on the most suitable visa, prepare and submit applications, and arrange sponsorship where required. We act as an intermediary and do not control the decisions of the Indonesian immigration authorities.
No guarantee of outcome
While we draw on extensive experience to maximise your chances, visa approval is ultimately at the discretion of the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome or processing time.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. You are responsible for complying with the conditions of any visa issued, including its permitted activities and validity period.
Fees
Our service fees and the applicable government and sponsor fees are confirmed in your quote before any work begins. Fees are payable as agreed at engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid us. We are not liable for outcomes caused by inaccurate information, regulatory changes or circumstances beyond our control.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you engage us applies to your service.
